Minal Hahm is one of the founders of M Squared Engineering (M²) and has over 17 years of civil engineering experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management design, recreational facilities design, residential, commercial and industrial land development, agency permitting, and public works design in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), with a strong understanding of local, as well as, federal requirements as they relate to stormwater projects. Minal serves as the Executive Chair for WAFSCM, CFM and Conference Committee Chairs for WAFSCM, and Membership Committee Chair for WTS. She has served as a judge and finals judge for the Future City Competition in Milwaukee for the past 11 years.

Matt Hahm, the other half of M Squared Engineering, has over 15 years of experience in municipal engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management design, treatment plant maintenance, residential, commercial and industrial land development and agency permitting. Mr. Hahm has worked extensively with municipalities and is currently the Town Engineer for the Town of Kewaskum. His professional relationship, personality, and ethical standards have helped gain additional clients. Matt enjoys riding his Ultra Classic through the country roads on his “days off”.

Andy Wells has been with M Squared Engineering since June 2006. He has over five years of experience in stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, site design, residential, commercial, and industrial land development, and construction inspection. In addition to being responsible for AutoCAD training at M Squared Engineering, Andy also performs much of the hydraulic modeling and water quality modeling. Throughout his career, Andy has been able to work on many different types of projects which has helped to give him a broad background of experience. As a Marquette Alum, he is a die-hard Marquette basketball fan and also enjoys playing the guitar in his free time.

Tony Gromacki, a Registered Land Surveyor, is the head of our Survey Department. He has 29 years of experience in land surveying, R/W plats, construction staking, as-built drawings, boundary and topographical surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, plat preparation, and Certified Survey Maps. Tony also provides transportation construction inspection. When you can get him away from his total station, he likes to go hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family.

Ron La Porte has over nine years of experience in many aspects of Civil Engineering. Ron enjoys working on transportation construction projects of which two are ARRA projects. Prior to joining M², he worked as a project manager, land surveyor, and CAD technician. When he isn't working, Ron plays guitar in his band, attends sporting events, and enjoys fishing.

David Dekelaita brings more than 30 years of experience as an electrical engineer with a background in reviewing and supervising electrical wiring and traffic controls for the Department of Transportation roadways construction projects in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. When he’s not busy inspecting our newly constructed highways, he likes to spend time with his family.

Thomas “T.J.” D’Amico is an experienced land surveyor/engineering tech/construction inspector with nine years of construction related experience. His background consists of civil engineering, land surveying, project estimating, planning, site due diligence, construction management, construction inspection and project management. T.J. has been a Survey Party Chief for six years with experience in ATLA ACSM, topographic, C.S.M. surveys, construction layout, and boundary surveys. When TJ is not work on projects, he is re-arranging his new home in Grafton.

Jon has ten years of experience in project design and construction inspection / management. His past responsibilities included site development and stormwater management design for municipal, commercial, private and urban projects. 

Jon's expertise is in complex stormwater management and erosion control design and inspection.

Mike is an experienced land surveyor and construction inspector with nine years of construction related experience. His background consists of surveying, construction inspection, project estimating and planning, site due diligence, and managing the Quality Control program at his previous employer. 

As a newer M2 employee, Mike will be providing construction inspection for all WisDOT, municipal and private construction projects.  He will also be performing topographic surveys, construction staking, CSM reviews, as well as assisting in the CAD department while not inspecting.

Kris Koepke is our Office Manager. Her responsibilities include invoicing, bookkeeping, marketing, project administration, and general office organization for our growing staff. Kris pretty much keeps everyone in line and makes sure the office runs smoothly. Kris is also enjoys shopping with her daughters and spending time at the family cabin near Eagle River.

With over 20 years of Marketing experience, Jane’s main responsibility is to develop and execute the firms' marketing plan which includes identifying and prioritizing potential opportunities.

She is also responsible for the development of proposals, presentations and brochures as well as tracing and reporting on the status of all proposals and their components.

Jane enjoys fostering dogs and volunteering her talents to Red Cross as a First Aid Service Team member.
