Minal Hahm is one of the founders of M Squared Engineering (M²) and has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management design, recreational facilities design, residential, commercial and industrial land development, agency permitting, and public works design in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), with a strong understanding of local, as well as, federal requirements as they relate to stormwater projects. Minal serves on WAFSCM and is on the Membership Committee Chair for WTS. She has served as a judge and finals judge for the Future City Competition in Milwaukee for the past 12 years.

Matt Hahm, the other half of M Squared Engineering, has over 18 years of experience in municipal engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management design, treatment plant maintenance, residential, commercial and industrial land development and agency permitting. Matt has worked extensively with municipalities and is currently the Town Engineer for the Town of Kewaskum. His professional relationship, personality, and ethical standards have helped gain additional clients. Matt enjoys riding his Ultra Classic through the country roads on his “days off”.

Tony Gromacki, a Registered Land Surveyor, is the head of our Survey Department. He has 30 years of experience in land surveying, R/W plats, construction staking, as-built drawings, boundary and topographical surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, plat preparation, and Certified Survey Maps. Tony also provides transportation construction inspection. When you can get him away from his total station, he likes to go hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family.

Vinu has over 41 years of civil engineering experience on a variety of structural. environmental, transportation, storm water conveyance, and municipal street projects.  His experience has included resident and field engineering, as well as extensive project management.   His experience is with IDOT, Florida DOT, Texas DOT, and Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.

Thomas “T.J.” D’Amico is an experienced construction leader on WisDOT and municipal projects. His background consists of civil engineering, land surveying, project estimating, site due diligence, construction management, construction inspection and project management. T.J. has also been a Survey Party Chief for six years with experience in ATLA ACSM, topographic, C.S.M. surveys, construction layout, and boundary surveys. When TJ is not at work, he is chasing his new son around the house.

Jon has 12 years of experience in project design and construction inspection.  His expertise includes site development, stormwater management, drainage analysis, transportation design, and municipal engineering. In his spare time, Jon enjoys fishing and IT.

Kris Koepke is our Office Manager. Her responsibilities include invoicing, bookkeeping, marketing, project administration, and general office organization for our growing staff. Kris pretty much keeps everyone in line and makes sure the office runs smoothly. Kris enjoys home improvement projects, reading, and time with her husband and daughters.

Gary brings 16 years of CAD experience ranging from private development to DOT.  Gary is responsible for all CAD related drafting, mapping, and CAD development for M Squared Engineering.  Gary has brought his unique CAD abilities to M2 by being able to work in both MicroStation and Civil 3D, as well as being able to convert between both.

Mike brings 10 years of construction management experience and has been a construction leader on WisDOT and municipal projects. His background consists of civil engineering, land surveying, project estimating, and construction management. Mike also has extensive GPS/Total Station experience working on construction layout projects. When Mike is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
