Land Surveying with M Squared Engineering, LLC

M Squared Engineering, LLC (M²) offers our land surveying services to Southeastern Wisconsin and surrounding areas throughout the state. M² provides a broad range of surveying and staking services to meet your project needs. We service homeowners, land developers, engineers, as well as municipal, state and federal agencies. It is important to us that we work with each client to achieve the appropriate scope of services and level of accuracy needed, in order to meet the purpose of each project. Our licensed professional engineers and land surveyor provide experience, expertise, and efficiency to successfully complete your project.

We use the latest advance electronic measuring equipment to ensure accurate measurements both vertically and horizontally. Our professional land surveyor uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) Rover.  The GPS links to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Continuously Operating Reference Stations (WISCORS). This advance technology gathers horizontal accuracy. Our vertical accuracy is defined by the use of digital levels. In addition to GPS, our staff uses a Robotic Total Station (RTS) that includes Bluetooth technology to connect to our handheld data collectors. We use each of these pieces of high-tech equipment on all of our survey-related projects. We also use an 8-wheeler Argo to navigate through boggy land, therefore our team is able to survey on nearly any type of terrain.

Our land surveyors can get around on nearly any terrain.

We also have the capability to meet any motivated schedule. Thanks to the extensive staff experience and flexibility of our field and office personnel, M² is able to work on projects accurately and efficiently.
