Kettle Moraine Appliance Site Development

Kettle Moraine Appliance Site is located in the City of Cedarburg along Pioneer Road.  The existing site had an abandoned building on it with no site improvements.  The proposed project rehabilitated / reconstructed the building and improved the site to provide a new location for Kettle Moraine Appliance, with several additional units that could be rented.  M Squared Engineering was responsible for performing survey, site layout, grading and drainage, and parking lot design for the proposed site, preparing erosion control plans, preparing a stormwater management plan, assisting with the preparation of a wetland restoration plan, and providing agency coordination and support.
