River Bend Meadows Subdivision

M Squared Engineering, LLC (M²) was the prime for this residential land development project in Grafton WI. M² was responsible for the comprehensive subdivision survey, plat development, design, and construction staking for a 50+ acre subdivision including local roads/streets, sidewalks and pedestrian accommodations including curb ramps, sanitary sewer system, water main system, stormwater management, and storm sewer system design. In addition to the design, M² performed all the necessary permiting for the project, developed various cost estimates, and interfaced with the developer, contractors, local community and permitting agencies.
