WisDOT Freistadt Road (Intersection with Maple Road)

M Squared Engineering, LLC (M2) provided the construction leader, who also served as the material manager, for this intersection reconstruction project in Germantown, WI. The improvements included:

intersection modifications,
new left-turn lane for southbound Maple Road,
an addition of a right turn lane for eastbound Freistadt Road,
new left and right turn lanes for northbound Maple Road,
replacing curb ramps and sidewalks throughout project limits,
traffic control, and
new traffic signal with overhead signal heads for each lane.

Various construction activities include excavation and grading, concrete base, milling and asphalt overlay, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, storm sewer installation, structure reconstructs and adjustments, temporary traffic signals, traffic signals and street lighting, and scheduled coordination of the project.
